We read of a place that’s called heaven, It’s made for the pure and the free; These truths in God’s Word He hath given In heaven no drooping nor pining, No wishing for elsewhere to be; God’s light is forever there shining Pure waters of life there are flowing, And all who will drink may be free; Rare jewels of splendor are glowing,

1.) How often we need to stop and consider the beauties of heaven. 2.) What a vast contrast to what we see around us in the world today. 3.) Words are not adequate to describe such a place; yet God’s word does talk about it and surely, we need to talk about it as well.

1.)Heaven is neither a condition, nor a state, but an actual place to where we have a chance of going to. Jesus Spoke of it- Matt 6:9, Matt 7:11, John 14:1-2 Stephen spoke of it- Acts 7:56 Paul- 2 Corinthians 5:1, Philippians 3:20 2.) Scriptural names given for Heaven The New Jerusalem- Revelation 21:2 The City of God- Hebrews 12:22 Paradise- 2 Cor.12:4 Our Father’s House- John 14:1-6

Heaven will be a place of beauty Words have difficulty describing its beauty, but words are all that we have. And the Holy Spirit used words to describe its beauty.

1.AND, it will last forever and ever. 2. Don't you wish to go there?? How could one possible not want to go to heaven? 3. Yet, multitudes are not preparing for that journey. They are grouping through these days, floundering in iniquity, doing that which pleases them, with no thought of pleasing God. 4. God has not left us without a map, without instructions. 5. Christ Jesus states that He is the way. John 14:6; Mt. 7: Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people. 7. Hell is a prepared place for unprepared people. 8. PREPARE TODAY, while time and opportunity is yours
