What is culture and Intercultural Communication? Culture: Customs, arts, social institutions, etc of a particular group or people (Oxford); The culture of a particular organization or group consists of the habits of the people in it and the way they generally behave (Collins); The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution, organization or group (wikipedia).
