© 2009 Bentley Systems, Incorporated 4 | ProjectWise Navigator File Naming When opening a DGN file in ProjectWise Navigator the DGN file will be copied to a new file name as follows: –Original file name = name.dgn –New file name = name.overlay.dgn This new “overlay” DGN file is empty in content and references in the original file automatically.
