What is it? NuvaRing is a flexible combined contraceptive vaginal ring. It does not protect against HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases!

Contains a combo of progestin and estrogen. The NuvaRing inserted in the vagina. It’s kept in for three weeks. Once it’s inserted, it releases a continuous low dose of hormones into your body. After three weeks, you remove it for one week.

How to use: 1. Wash & dry your hands. 2. Hold NuvaRing between your thumb and index finger and press the opposite sides of the ring together. 3. Gently push the folded ring into your vagina. The NuvaRing does not need an exact positioning to work. *If ring falls out during the three weeks, replace with a new ring within the next three hours since it was removed. If not, the hormone will not work properly and may cause risk of pregnancy.
