Accident Insurance Policy Motion to ratify the decision made by the Executive and discussed with the Board via telephone in April 2004, to cancel the Athlete Accident Insurance Policy held by the association in previous years. (discussion as noted in section of the April Executive meeting minutes) Note: All National Training Squad athletes are covered by accident insurance and out of country insurance while travelling as a part of the team.

Travel Policy Update The Biathlon Canada Travel Policy was updated and approved by the Executive in April 2004 to reflect more current rates. The changes include: New rates for per diem ($45/day) New mileage rate ($0.30/km) Incidentals for coaches and athlete travelling internationally for extended periods
