 The Michigan Department of Education and Measured Progress are in the third year ( ) of providing professional development for formative assessment coaches and their learning teams.

Since our first year, we have had the participation of approximately 100 coaches and nearly 900 educators as a part of learning teams. 100 coaches and nearly 900 educators as a part of learning teams.

 The Formative Assessment Process offers educators meaningful opportunities to explore classroom instructional practices and to provide intentional feedback to our students to increase learning.

 Meets at least 4 hours per month  Tries new FA strategies in their classrooms  Shares experiences  Provides feedback
