studied Bachelor of Arts in graphic communication design -In 2003 she was an independent illustrator and designer -Created “Hunger” to raise awareness of the current situation of children around the world

-She worked with a workshop for children with AIDS -In 2004 she published a book called “Celebrating the Poster”

-Was created in 2000 and exhibited in Created “Hunger” to Raise Awareness of Child Hunger Across the World

Zolezzi’s poster “Hunger” highlights a big topic of child hunger. Lourdes Zolezzi created her poster for a personal reason to emphasis the problem of child hunger.

The contrasting colors of black and yellow provide the audience with eye catching colors.

The knife and fork have a metallic texture that makes them jump off the page and grab the audiences attention.

The poster uses a child sized skull to emphasis the issue of child hunger. The size of a child skull compared to a adult skull makes the poster more dramatic.
