ARE YOU PHYSICALLY LITERATE?  What do you tell the children in your class when you instruct them?  Are you having a conversation or telling them information?  Physical and Health Literacy is about giving our students the skills and information they require to be successful in decision making.  Our basketball mad kids want to be Lebron James but must understand that in order to be a great basketball they must first learning to run, catch, throw, think with game sense, eat correct food, train their heart and build their muscles and the list goes on This is being Physically and Health Literate.
