Location  Jacksonville, Memphis, and Charlotte are the major cities.  Orlando and Tampa aren’t as big, but they are big tourist attractions.  Landforms- Big Cypress Swamp, Blue ridge mountains, Appalachians mountains.  Resources- Chemicals and glass

Location #2  People choose to live here because of the warm weather  Jacksonville is 30° 19' 54" N / 81° 39' 20" W for latitude and longitude.  North of Gulf of Mexico

Place  Most people in the southeast region are American, but the rest of them are from Asia and Europe mostly.  Regions- Christian, Protestant, Roman Catholic, Jewish.  Major resources are coal, iron, and natural-oil.

Place #2  In the southeast region the weather is normally pretty warm. In the summer sometimes the weather is too hot to go outside.  Many people have pools because of the warm heat year-round.

Human Environmental-Interactions  Tourists come to the southeast region during winter because of the heat.  Sometimes in summer the weather in so hot people have to stay inside.  Many beaches in southeast because of the warm weather.

Human Environmental-Interactions #2  Pollution affects humans because then they can’t go in the water if it is bad. The worse part is for the animals. Many animals die because of the pollution in the water.  The southeast holds the poorest state, which is Mississippi because of the median income $36,850.

Movement  People should come live in the southeast region because the states are beautiful and the weather is warm.  Goods are transported by plane, car, or just plain walking.  In the southeast people love to eat seafood

Region  Tourist Attractions- Disney Land and water activities.  The unique characteristics of people of the southeast region is that some of them speak in country accents.  The southeast region has the poorest state by income.(Mississippi)
