About the dedicated areas

Map of England divided by the average GVA per capita in 2005 showing the distribution of wealth Two of the richest 10 areas in the European Union are in the United Kingdom. Inner London is number 1 with a GDP per capita of €65 138, and Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire is number 7 with a GDP per capita of €

 After seeing the present map, we can say that the economy of the regions of England is unequal, some of these regions being one of the European richest regions, the others being less rich than these, sometime one of the importantless regions of Europe …

 We are going here to try to resolve the biggest problem of the North of the England : it is not attractive and it can’t be independant about the money, because that problem. So, we must build centers that attract the people over the world, we must build dedicated areas in the North of the England to increase the reputation and the economy of the region.

In the bigger cities of the north of England, we must build centers about (for example)an author, his life and his books, etc… The person of the dedicated area should be famous over the world for the dedicated area to be attractive. Ideas about an author for a dedicated area in a city : Christie, Dickens, Doyle, Rowling …

The dedicated area must be situated in a big and rich city if it is possible. The dedicated area could be an house or a museum about the life of the star, the room being dedicated about his victory in a competition (like the Grammy awards), his songs if the celebrity is a singer, in fact about the specialty of the star.

Lot of advertissments will have to be send, the destinations are depending about the importance of the dedicated area : if that is very important and becomes famous, the advertissments must be send over the world… The dedicated area build in the North must so be very important and attractive.

In England like in the world, The Ten little Niggers is a novel very famous, written by Agatha Christie. The author wrote this history thinking a real island, Burgh Island, that was not very far from her house. So, we can buy an island, a little island in the north of England, and build a mansion like in the novel. Someone of the rooms will be dedicated about the life of Agatha Christie, someone about her others novels … and the others rooms will be reserved for people to feel them like if they would be a protagonist of the famous history… The center will become famous very fastly, because it will be situated on an island and will be dedicated for the famous novel.

If we demand money, at The European Union, at the England and at the others regions of England, we could have lot of money and we could organize a stronger competition with lot of famous sportsmen and sportswomen ( we will asked them if the could participate at the competition freely)

We must buy houses and field to build centers and dedicated areas. If we do that, the economy and the reputation of the region will increase too. The dedicated areas will become famous in the world, and the poorest regions of the north of England will increase in their worldwide reputation.
