MANAGING ADOLESCENT SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH PROGRAMS: Purpose To build the capacity of professionals in managerial positions to: Design programs that respond to the ASRH rights and needs of young people Efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of youth programs including programmatic, financial and administrative To achieve this, participants develop strategies and interventions at the national, local, organizational, community, family and individual levels.

USING GENDER AND RIGHTS TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF CARE Participants will understand and be able to use gender and rights as strategies to improve the quality of care in sexual and reproductive health services.
