Presidents Becker (left) and Toure sign a 3-year agreement to extend GSU’s capacity building partnership with the International University of Grand-Bassam. Under the agreement, GSU is providing technical assistance to build academic programs and supporting the acquisition of textbooks and other academic materials.

Provost Henry and President Toure following Provost Henry’s receipt of the “Order of Commander in Education”, Cote d’Ivoire’s highest honor in higher education. The medal of honor was presented by Mr. Alexis Hibault, Director of Cabinet, Ministry of Higher Education, Cote d’Ivoire.
