Drill and Ceremonies Squad Drill Task Conduct dismounted drill. WLC Lesson Plan Version 4th Regiment, Texas State Guard Task Conduct dismounted drill. Conditions As a squad leader, given a squad-sized element of soldiers. Standards Identifying common drill terms. Forming and marching a squad. FM 3-21.5

Up to 8 trainees per squad. None. Class Size Up to 8 trainees per squad. Prerequisites None. Safety Restrictions Ensure open, level area is free of obstacles. Materials Open, level area.
