Revised justification: To defray costs associated with managing, maintaining, upgrading, and general operations of the university's technology infrastructure, electronic resources, and online services. Revised justification: To provide necessary goods and services to cover the operational costs associated with providing comprehensive library services. The fee revenue covers salary, benefits and related personnel costs as well as necessary library materials, periodicals, books, supplies, equipment and facility related costs as necessary to meet the needs of the university and as allowed by the amount of fee revenue generated. Unreserved fund balances at year end may be used to cover library renovations.
