SAFETY FIRST. SAFETY ALWAYS. Round-the-clock Tour Director A Tour Director will be with your group all day, every day, and trained to manage any on-tour emergencies. They'll support your group and have constant contact with our EF headquarters in Boston. 24/7 emergency support We're never out of reach with 24/7 emergency support. Our offices are ready for any situation, at any time. Professional overnight security We provide professional overnight security to make sure our travelers are safe and sound throughout the night (and staying in their rooms). Illness and Accident Coverage Everyone on tour is covered with our Illness and Accident Coverage—protecting them from the unexpected.

Illness and Accident Coverage (included in your Program Fee) Hospital and doctors' fees and medical transportation for illnesses or injury sustained on tour** Travel and accommodation expenses for two family members to be with you in the event of a life- threatening illness** Combined coverage up to $15,000 for above situations** **Some restrictions apply. Pre-Tour Cancellation Coverage The ability to cancel at any time for a full refund* The ability to cancel for any reason for a full refund* No penalties or restrictions Participants should enroll in the Anytime Protection Plan upon tour enrollment. Travelers already enrolled on tour can sign up for the Anytime Protection Plan by calling our Traveler Support Team at *Full refund includes all monies paid on the cancelled account, minus any Non-Refundable Fees.

Payment Options Pay in Full Pay the full tour balance at the time of enrollment with your Visa or MasterCard, ATM/debit card and personal check. Automatic Payment Plan Payments are automatically deducted from your bank account based on your preferred monthly or bi-weekly schedule. Accepted payment methods include ATM/debit card and checking account, only. Manual Payment Plan Make less frequent payments according to EF’s Manual Payment Plan Schedule. You’ll receive invoices and can pay with Visa or MasterCard, ATM/debit card and personal checks. A $40 Plan Fee Plan Fee is applied if traveling to tour by plane and a $20 Plan Fee is applied if traveling to tour by bus.

EF fundraising/scholarship Opportunities Online Giving Raise funds to pay for your tour with a personalized online Giving Page. Friends and family can make secure online contributions to your individual Giving Page and have it applied directly to your tour balance. Explorer Scholarship Every year EF awards $30,000 to deserving travelers through this needs-based scholarship. It’s just part of their commitment to making educational travel affordable for more students. For scholarship details or to apply, check the EF Website.

Fundraising we offer Scrip Cards- Orders placed monthly during school year no extra cost to you: ($100 gift card costs $100) Hundreds of retailers Grocery Bagging 3 hour shifts- collect trips for group Tips averaged over several shifts for fairness Averages $40-50 per shift All fundraising funds must go through school account and will be applied to your EF account quarterly.

Limited Spots /Price Increases There are 27 students signed up, and at 49 students we will go to a wait list. A second bus is not guaranteed. If you want to assure your child a spot on the tour, we recommend enrolling right away. Enrolling by the end of September will ensure you the current price. In October, the price is expected to go up $50 to $75.
