Realtor Television Network A Television Network dedicated to the Global Real State Market

The Need Developers and contractors are constantly looking for an edge to constantly build upon their investments. The buyers market, weather local or national is diminishing every day thus forcing the industry to look for every possible venue to expand their horizons. “Our concept fills this need unlike anything available” With our business model and concept we will be able to offer an extremely attractive international venue to fulfill the need to exhibit, to share, and to expand to a starving real state global market.

The Concept Create an International Real State Television Network were we can educate our audience and entertain them at the same time. Within a ‘soft sell’ / ‘hard sell’ approach we strongly believe the audience will be engaged and assume an aggressive participation to the programming they will be viewing. From conventional real state to the industrial sector including hotels, time share venues, tourist attractions, and sites of interests all available to be purchased, and be showcased like never before. Our approach is unlike anyone since the core concept will be entertainment with a strong undercurrent of sales to every segment, every program, every venue. And our channel will be broadcasted globally

Core Income Generated Everyone who will be on our channel will have to pay to be on the air and for the production of the content. No buying syndication will be needed.

Clients Our potential clients will be anyone who is in the real state business, from Hotels, tourist attractions, Housing developers, Countries promoting tourism, exclusive and very special high end properties Our programming grid will be specifically structured to cater to the content in a way that is both plausible and logic.

Core Concept One word says it all…. “Infotainment” This is the ‘secret weapon’ that is both the backbone and our working protocol. Inform and entertain will be our ‘position’ on the air and with everything we produce.

Foot Print Our foot print is literally endless….since we have a structured step up strategy that will facilitate for us to easily place our signal globally in no time ….this translates to our clients in a way that they too can benefit and showcase their properties, services, venues, listings and financial advice to a growing, diverse and hungry to invest global audience instantly.

Competition In the market place there are lost of broadcasters creating awareness, like Discovery Networks, Living Channel, The Travel Channel to name a few, we too create awareness with Real State Television, but we are the only ones that will be selling.

Added Values Within our business model we will also include ‘bartering’ as an attractive business to the channel. The idea that we can barter with our clients and be able to exchange our production costs for their properties is both unique and quite attractive. This is something we are very excited about.
