The satisfaction that comes from helping others are important reasons to volunteer. When you commit your time and effort to an organization or a cause you feel strongly about, the feeling of fulfillment can be endless.
Service-learning can be a very effective tool for education beyond the classroom. Learning objectives in the community and beyond can produce better results during your course. It also can and improve how students view and react to course content. As you have seen, there are many possible ways do to service learning.
