Payment System Risk Visa Confidential33 Visa Membership Management VMM Approval Process Submitter Processor Submitter Officer A person either directly or indirectly employed by a Member institution who is granted access to VMM to create and view data under that Member’s Business ID. A person who is employed by a Member institution who holds a senior administrative title (i.e. CEO, President, etc.) and has been granted authority to approve/reject contracts on behalf of the organization. A person who is not employed by a Member institution but acts as an Agent working on behalf of the institution. A Processor Submitter is granted access to VMM to create requests on behalf of a Member institution. Visa Visa reviews the case information. When the case is approved, the case is completed, and the information is committed to Visa’s database.

Payment System Risk Visa Confidential44 Visa Membership Management VOL –You must be a registered VOL user in order to access VMM. –The VOL enrollment process varies by region. –US: –CANADA: –AP: –LAC: –CEMEA: –You will receive a VOL login ID via within two days of submitting the VOL enrollment form. VOL/VMM Registration VMM –The Visa Membership Management information and application may be accessed from: –US: –CANADA: –AP: –LAC: –CEMEA: –The first time you access VMM, you will be prompted to register (unless pre-registered by Visa). –You should receive a confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your registration. At that time, you can begin working in VMM.
