Christina LaCroix; MAcOM, LAc. Christina was raised on a 400 cow ranch in Gunnison by her grandparents who taught her the value of hard work, respect for the land and the life on it. Working so closely every day with cattle and horses during her formative years created a strong work ethic in Christina. Christina LaCroix earned her BA in Kinesiology from Western State College in When she was attending Western State College she would ski coach a youth ski team during the winter months and guide pack trips, backpacking, rock climbing and mountain biking trips during the summer months. After receiving her BA she went on to receive her Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in January of This 4 year program consists of 3,272 required educational hours and hours of clinic. She was certified as a Diplomat in Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in 2007, including certification in Clean Needle Technique and Chinese Herbology. During Christina’s 4 year graduate program she traveled to China and studied with highly esteemed Dr. Liu Lihong and Master Wang Qingyu.
