Pillar I: Education & Professional Development Promote Keys of Excellence Promote SNA Resources Collaborate with State Agency Strategy: Include session at Industry Seminar and Region Seminars Assigned to: President, Executive Director, Region Directors, and Professional Development Committee Strategy: Provide information and presentations to directors, administrators, employees, managers and local chapter offices. Assigned to: FSNA Staff, Professional Development Committee Strategy: Develop and offer education programs.
