Conference Theme Theme: To be decided later, depending on the emerging technologies later Topics:  Computing (Computational related)  Communications (Wireless, Underwater, Optical, Sensor Network,..)  Signal Processing (Array, Image, Sonar, Radar, Audio, …)  Electronic Devices (DSP, FPGA, …)  ……

Technical Program A four-day program consisting of one day of professional tutorials and three days of technical presentations in oral and poster formats. Invite at least 3 Keynote Speakers. Abstract and full paper submission, paper review, registration and accommodation booking will be entirely web based. A technical program committee consisting of well qualified IEEE members and experts in Region 10 will handle the paper review.

Date of Conference October 22-25, 2013 ( GOLDEN season in Xi’an) Other months can also be considered to maximize participants from countries in Region 10.

Registration A flat registration fee will be charged which entitles the delegate to technical sessions, banquet, daily lunches and tea- breaks, and a CD-ROM copy of the proceedings. The fee will be no higher than the average fee charged by IEEE conferences. To encourage student participation, there will be a student rate except banquet and lunches.

Summary TENCON 2013 is starting to prepare for organizing by IEEE Xi’an Section. Any helpful suggestions are welcomed. TENCON 2013 will be well organized with high quality and enjoyable for all attendees to share the technical exchange and cultural understanding.
