Clinical Optometry I Walter Huang, OD Yuanpei University Department of Optometry

Purpose This course is the first in a series of four semester courses designed to teach students the theory and techniques of the various procedures that are part of a routine optometric examination of the visual system

Course Content This course will consist of two major parts: Lecture Lecture Covers the theory and application of basic optometric procedures Laboratory Laboratory Provides more specific information on how to perform the procedures as well as the opportunity to practice these skills under the supervision of knowledgeable instructors
