Pathway 3… Four Year Colleges and Universities  Baccalaureate Degree: A four-year degree from a college or university. Pathway 4…  Military  Branches of the military offer training in almost 1500 different occupations.  Enlistees are paid by the military while receiving their training  Working Full Time  Look for jobs with On The Job Training  Minimum wage  Consider your living expense/ lifestyle preference  13 th Year – College Deferment Plan  Year Abroad; Peace Corps

STEPS to SUCCESS  Put your best effort into school.  Make Regular Attendance at school a priority.  Learn to manage your time effectively  Learn to organize your materials and belongings, school papers, assignments, homework and due dates / test dates.  Try new skills!
