MISSION: To Build Links Between Groups, Families & Individuals and To Reach Out and Provide a Range of Services to Encourage a Community where everybody is Valued and Supported

Who does the work? Volunteers - Our FRC would not function without the huge voluntary commitment of management, sub-groups, interest groups, regular & occasional volunteers Staff – usually the coordinator, administrator & development worker/s – work on behalf of the Management Committee in managing, planning, administration & outreach work Employment &Training Scheme Placements (examples Men’s Shed’s, Practical Supports Scheme)

ACTIVITES/SUPPORTS Family Support - Parent and Toddler group, Mother and Baby group & Teens and tots groups, parenting programmes, Summer Camp Older People – Social centre, Meals on wheels, Practical support scheme Youth – Boxing Club, Youth café, rap group Men’s Shed – men (Unemployed/ retired) Community Education/Training Courses Women in Sports Programme Outreach
