Formation of a Committee The RECRUITMENT TO COMPLETION COMMITTEE (RCC) formed in 2013 in response to 3SP, Student Equity, receipt of Title III grant. Student Success Committee (formerly Basic Skills and Matriculation) merged into RCC. Charge: Plan, execute, and evaluate activities to increase student success from recruitment to completion of approved educational plans in a data- informed and collaborative setting.

Reflections The 3SP Plan: Provided an opportunity to propose policy changes, i.e. orientation mandate, assessment re-testing Provided an opportunity to give us a 30,000 view of our student support services Shed light on where we were understaffed Shed light on challenges we face and areas needing improvement
