AccuTools Inc.32 Lessons Learned  CE concept is so important and was applied through the whole procedure of designing AccuDrill.  Feedback from outside (i.e. peer review) can also shed some light on the product design, especially in the prototyping phase (the calibrating drill bit).  Cross-function team has high efficiency, but hard to manage.
