Presentation of Solutions on Salary Crediting and Payment to the SEAMEN

Pivdennyi Joint-Stock Bank offers you the following services: For you and seamen employed by your company – cooperation in salary crediting and payment according to the provided payroll slip to current accounts opened with the Pivdennyi Joint-Stock Bank.

Model of interrelation between the participants Payment under the labor contract 1. The Ship-owner hires the Seamen by means of the crewing company. 2. The Ship-owner pays salary based on labor contract with every seaman. Agreement on Services of salary crediting to current accounts of seamen according to the provided payroll slip. What is the point of bank’s involvement in crediting salary to current accounts? Ship-owner company Seaman Bank Seaman Crediting the seamen’s salary in foreign currency to transit accounts in bank according to the Agreement Crediting the salary in foreign currency to seamen’s current accounts according to the provided payroll slip

1.A service agreement is concluded between the Bank and the Company. 2. The Company transfers salary in currency to the seamen in a lump sum to the bank account. 3.Based on provided payroll slips the Bank distributes the money to the seamen’s current accounts. The payroll slips should be certified by the Company seal and signed by the authorized person. 4.The money is credited to accounts on the day of receipt of transfer of the Company to the bank account and details in electronic form. 5.The Bank confirms the fact of money receiving and crediting to the seamen’s accounts in an electronic form. 6.The banking service agreement may be concluded based on one of the two options: а) the seaman himself shall pay the fee for money withdrawal from the account at the amount of 0,5% б) the Company shall pay the fee for crediting money to the seamen’s accounts at the amount of 0,5% at the moment of transfer of the salary. In such case a seaman may withdraw money from the account without any fees. The algorithm:
