SHRM Foundation Overview Mission: The SHRM Foundation advances global human capital knowledge and practice by providing thought leadership and educational support; and sponsoring, funding and driving the adoption of cutting edge, actionable, evidence- based research.

How is the SHRM Foundation Funded? Tax-deductible donations are collected from individuals, chapters and state councils SHRM matches donations and covers the Foundation’s operating/overhead expenses Thereby, all your donations (every penny!!) stay within the Foundation and are used to fund scholarships, future-focused research, grants, and educational products Donated funds do not go into SHRM’s budget and are not used for lobbying or other activities outside the Foundation’s program of work

Thought Leadership Initiative Conducting a multi-phase program with the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) to identify and analyze critical trends likely to impact the workplace in the next years.
