Ten years on, what has person centred planning got to offer in a climate of change? Conference 30 th November 2006

Person centred planning conference 30/11/06 The event held at Trinity Community Initiatives on the Knockmore Road in Lisburn was attended by over 100 senior managers and staff from all 4 Trusts in the EHSSB and staff from the SHSSB and Positive Futures. The title “Ten years on, what has person centred planning got to offer in a climate of change?” made reference to the fact that this way of working has been firmly established within Northern Ireland for over ten years. The conference was an opportunity to reflect on the impact of this approach and to review the contribution it has to make to good quality care as we move to new structures and organisations. The conference was funded by the EHSSB and was opened by Hugh Connor Director of Social Services. Person centred planning conference
