Strength, Muscular Endurance and Power Training een&v=j3MTqRWPiZU

Learning Objective: To gain knowledge about the different types of strength, muscular endurance and power training (Pass), providing examples for each one (Merit). To link them to different components of fitness (Distinction).

Circuit Training: Different stations/exercises are used to develop strength, muscular endurance and power. How would you organise the stations? What are some examples of stations that we could include?

Plyometrics: Develops sport-specific explosive power, and strength. What types of exercises would this include? What types of sports performers would use this and why?

Learning Objective: To gain knowledge about the different types of strength, muscular endurance and power training (Pass), providing examples for each one (Merit). To link them to different components of fitness (Distinction).
