Three Areas Of Fitness Physical Fitness Skill Related Fitness Mental Fitness The Performer

Areas & Aspects of Fitness As shown in the previous slide there are 3 areas of fitness. However, within an area of fitness there are several aspects of fitness. When required, these aspects can be developed individually depending on the aspect of fitness needed for a particular activity, position or role.
