About swimming Swimming is a great way to keep to keep fit. Swimming is an Olympic sport. There are many successful swimmers in the world who have made a career with swimming. Swimming is a none contact sport.

What you will need for swimming ~ flippers – flippers are used for a stronger kick ~ kick board – a kick board is used to keep you a float and also helps you to focus on your kick ~ pull buoy – a pull buoy is used to focus on your arms and to keep your legs a float ~ cap - a cap is a way to keep your hair from getting wet and to make you go faster.
