Learning Outcomes As a result of attending this session, participants will be able to:  Describe the elements of a learning-centered model for student affairs  Recognize the need for out-of-class assessment of general education learning outcomes  Understand assessment in a learning-centered context  Understand organizational strategies in implementing assessment plans in collaboration with faculty and college-wide assessment committees  Demonstrate how assessment findings are utilized for program improvement
