2 Event Goals Proposed Purpose: To raise money for the “Expansion Fund” Where/Date/Time: –Looked at Bay Oaks, Timber Creek, Wildcat, Magnolia Creek Recommend Bay Oaks –2008 Monday (Federal Holiday) -January 21 st -February 18th (we want to target) -May 26 th -September 1 st -October 13th –Proposed Start Time 9:00 am Minimum of 72 Players Estimated Expenses = 5,490 (Green Fees, Food & Beverage, Gratuity, & Sales Tax) –Not including $1,000 deposit Estimated Profit ($1,709 – $7,109) –Cost registration fee range of $100 - $175 –Does not include funds raised through Sponsorships
