Global Aspects Development Squads to be selected from Future Starz Unify calendar, structure and process for different squads Create common Camps for different squads Introduce new U11 development camps for Boys and Girls Standardise Coaching Staff structure (Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager and Guest Coaches for sessions) 25 hours practice sessions per squad, including overnight training camps, international trip or home games Create a Team Scotland mentality, getting teams together In ‘playing up’ terms, priority squads are U12 and U14, in line with FIBA age groups Final Day together with National Teams Home Games The Development Squad Journey

U11 BOYS/GIRLS Based on Future Starz No competition. For following seasons, always the youngest Development Squad will not compete Trials date: 10 March 2013 (Boys), 3 March 2013 (Girls) Both at Future Starz National Overnight Camp Coaching Staff: Three Coaches per team, to be picked during the Future Starz Programme Programme will consist in 2 “One Day Camp” that will be held during National Team Camps or Home Games That will drive us to 10 h Practice Sessions outside Future Starz 20 boys and 20 girls will be selected at trials, will be divided into teams of 10 players Selection criteria will be based 33% in Regional Sessions performance and 67% in National Overnight Camp performance The Development Squad Journey
