Annual Health check successfully completed Only Silver CAPS accredited club in St Albans

New venue has developed into a very successful partnership Negotiated a further term for next season Please continue to provide feedback on this facility

 Currently in excess of 140 junior members and increasing!  Coaching sessions provided for years U7 –U14 all with level 2 coaches  Continue the club tradition of providing ‘A club for all’  The Junior Committee continues to thrive and feeds into the Senior & Governing Body meetings

 Second year of St Albans and Hatfield NC junior winter league (Sept 12-Apr 13) St Albans NC entered 7 teams (U11 – U14) Y7B won their leagu e  St Albans and Hatfield NC set up a junior summer league St Albans NC entered 6 teams (U10 - U12)  Invited to participate in Stevenage Storm tournament in June St Albans NC entered an U13 team - came 3 rd

 Four senior teams played in winter leagues: Kardale Prem - Herts league ( Div 2 ) Maintained position in Div 2 Kardale Reds - St Albans League (Div 1) 2 nd in Div 1 (attended Herts playoff) Kardale Yellows - St Albans League (Div 1) Will maintain position in Div 1 Kardale Blues - St Albans League (Div 2) Maintained Div 2 position One team in St Albans Indoor league

 One team invited to enter friendly Maccabbiah mini tournament at Queens - June  One team invited to playing FastNET league (Jun - Aug 13)  Invited to SAS tournament 31 st August

 As a CAPS accredited club, team selection has to be via a transparent and fair process  Successfully ran trials for next season over 8th & 15th June using external selector  Over 60 seniors have trialled for next seasons teams  Significant number of U14 trialling this season Trial selections have been sent so you should receive them in the next few days If not please contact Helen or Sylvia

 Created to facilitate a successful transition into senior netball,  Dedicated coaching session & Coach  Entered two youth development teams into St Albans League  Identified team managers

 All lead coaches actively involved in Senior & Junior coaching are now level 2 and CRB checked  There are 8 assistant coaches across all year groups  Hollie will arrange another level 1 coaching course next season IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE COME AND TALK TO US

 Two club umpires have passed next level of award  Club now has 1 B award and 3 C award umpires  Jointly run a very successfully Youth Umpiring Award course in Nov 12  Now have 8 youth umpires regularly umpiring in junior leagues IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE COME AND TALK TO US

 From 2013 season all U11 players and above will play in Senior Kit Club Kit

Objective is to: Support grass roots netball, in the St Albans district.  Foundation Committee has awarded its first monies to 5 local primary schools in St Albans and surrounding district  Second round of applications to be reviewed September 2013  Herts Netball Association recently donated £1,000 to the Foundation

Key Senior objectives :  Prem team to finish in top half of Herts League Div 3  Kardale Red to be promoted to Herts League Div 4  Kardale Yellow to maintain position in St Albans Div 1  Kardale Blue to maintain mid position in St Albans Div 2  Entering two U18 Development teams into St Albans Div 2

Key Junior objectives :  Continue to lead the development of opportunities for all ages groups to play competitive games: St Albans and Hatfield NC Junior winter league St Albans and Hatfield Junior summer league Explore more tournament opportunities

Key club objectives:  Implement a set of technical skills for all age groups within the junior section  To recruit additional committee members (senior and junior)  Focus on recruiting diverse players  Encourage and support club officials to move to next level of competency  Explore further opportunities to expand all club play  Embed relationship with new venue
