Regional Housing Body Advised Ministers on priorities for the South West region Initial submission in June 2007 Finalised December 2007 –Included minimum target outputs for new affordable housing set by Government –Following lobbying £23m boost for PSR (but 30% less than previously)
Regional Housing Pot £826m New affordable housing (86% £711m) Private sector renewal (9% £73m) Decent Homes in the social sector (3% £28m) Gypsy & traveller sites (2% £14m)
