Conclusion He who is one of the citizens in Guang Zhou city should clear that not every old community had been reconstructed in the way occurred in Feng Yuan Ren Jia. Even today people living in old districts suffer troublesome matters such as traffic-inconvenience, homeless and low sanitation condition. As would-be city planners/ designers we have no choices but to shoulder the responsibility for improvements of resident’s life and the beautification of the city.
