2005Linn-Benton Housing Authority There are three separate agreements in a Section 8 Tenancy The Section 8 Participant receives a Housing Choice Voucher. The Participant enters into a Lease or Rental Agreement with the Owner. The Owner signs a Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Contract with the Housing Authority.

2005Linn-Benton Housing Authority Rental Agreement OwnerTenant As with any tenancy, the Owner and Tenant enter into a Lease or Rental Agreement.

2005Linn-Benton Housing Authority Voucher Rental Agreement Owner Tenant/ Participant Housing Authority The Participant has already signed a Voucher agreement with the Housing Authority.

2005Linn-Benton Housing Authority HAP Contract Voucher Rental Agreement Owner Housing Authority After the dwelling passes inspection, the Owner signs a Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Contract with the Housing Authority. Tenant/ Participant
