Help to rent for Landlords What does Help to rent offer Landlords? A free tenant find service A deposit guarantee certificate A ready supply of approved tenants Quick ‘time to tenancy’ A landlord information pack A standard tenancy agreement A comprehensive, impartial property Inventory and Condition Report Advice and assistance with Housing Benefit claims Dedicated Tenancy Sustainment Officers Mediation and support to ensure successful tenancies A close partnership with the National Landlords Association A check-out process which minimises the time your property is empty A detailed claim procedure

Supporting your tenants We give tenants on the scheme the advice and support they need to sustain their tenancies We carry out a number of checks during the application process to make sure the private rented sector is affordable and suitable for potential tenants Once we have moved a tenant into a property, we maintain regular contact with them. We have two officers dedicated to this role.
