Peachtree Center A six tower office and retail complex in downtown Atlanta Placed nine Annunciator lobby systems in office lobbies TTSS worked with a national sign fabricator to replace existing static directory boards on marble walls

Peachtree Center

Directory boards took up too much staff time in manually updating tenant info that was constantly changing. The Problem

Peachtree Center The existing directory boards were flush- mounted into marble lobby walls requiring a total new solution. The Challenge

Peachtree Center TTSS collaborated with a national sign company to design an enclosure that fit the lobby style and reused the existing wall space. The Solution

Peachtree Center Let’s take a look at the software at Peachtree Center! The Software

Peachtree Center At Peachtree Center, tenant and employee listings continue to loop on the left side at all times. The right side of each screen is used to show maps and building announcements. Lobby Directory

Peachtree Center Each “window” on the screen acts independently and timing is controlled by the client. Lobby Directory Announcements can easily be created and placed on the directories. Let’s see an example

The Annunciator Editor The editor software will reside on a PC connected to the display units via your LAN. All of the display units are controlled centrally from this one console! Let’s take a look at our fire drill announcement. First let’s go to the “Create/Edit a Screen” function.

The Annunciator Editor This screen lists all of the items shown on the right side of the display. Let’s double-click on the “Fire Drill” entry.

The Annunciator Editor At this point, we can choose the type of content we want to display. - A link to a web site - Previously created and saved content - PowerPoint shows - Animations - And announcement screens

The Annunciator Editor Let’s take a look at the Fire Drill screen by opening the Design Editor

The Annunciator Editor Now we can edit text, add graphics, change backgrounds, insert video, and make many other screen modifications using the Annunciator toolset. Standard Windows functions for changing fonts, colors and graphics make using the editor a snap!

The Annunciator Editor After making changes to the screen, we can save our work. This takes us back to our original editor screen.

The Annunciator Editor After making changes to the screen, we can save our work. This takes us back to our original editor screen. Let’s see how we maintain tenant listings.

The Annunciator Editor To maintain the tenant information, we click the “Listings” button.

The Annunciator Editor This brings us to a graphical representation of the tenant information. At this point, we can add, change, or delete tenant info with ease! As soon as the changes are made on this screen, the changes are made on the display unit. As an alternative, tenant data can be imported from spreadsheets with the click of a button!
