Facts, objectives and targets One of the largest regeneration projects in the UK Covers 70 hectares of land in the centre of Bristol with Temple Meads railway station at the heart Superb opportunity to create an iconic gateway to Bristol and the West of England through a 21 st century station Focus on creative, digital, low carbon sectors and financial and business services Target: 4,000 jobs in 5 years and 17,000 by 2037 Potential to develop 240,000 sq m of new or refurbished space featuring offices, homes, retail, and a redeveloped railway station

Achievements to date Over 650 jobs in the zone £7m of private sector investment to create Temple Studios, for creative industries, next to Temple Meads Over £22m of public funding for 17 infrastructure projects including the Engine Shed scheme
