DECREE ON THE METHOD AND PROCEDURE OF DESTRUCTION OF PSYCHOACTIVE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES BASED ON THE DECISION OF THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY In line with article 4 of the Decree, the following parties shall participate in the destruction procedure: 1.
