RDIMS# v1 7 TAWS (Summary Table) 1 Altitude Accuracy requirements apply (Alerting required independent of altimeter setting or deviations from ISA). 2 Relief from TAWS requirements for Day VFR operations. 3 Terrain & Airport database must be suitable for area of operation. 4 Class A TAWS (including Terrain Display) is always sufficient where a Class B TAWS is mandated.
