Where are we in the development of the model?  PT has appointed the Head of Conference who begins 9/1/2015  Head of Conference is working with the Network Board during the transition.  PT is now discussing in fuller detail the responsibilities of the Conference  PT is identifying in greater detail the qualifications of Conference Members  PT will appoint the Conference after consultation.  Head of Conference is working with the PT to develop the operating budget.  Conference will meet sometime before October 2015  Network Board is transitioning from our former board structure to the new one adopted this past April.  NB appointed a search committee for the Network Program Planning Director and Nat will report on that matter tomorrow.  Ian Humphreys appointed as NPPD.  Once hired, the NPPD will work with the NB and the H of C to develop the office at the JES Center including the budget.  Opening of the office to be determined.  Development of the Network Planning Committee after consultation with the Membership in April.  NPC appointed by September 2015 TRANSITION
