Exercise Overview The purpose of this Functional Table Top Exercise (TTX) is to: To allow participants an opportunity to evaluate current response capabilities, interagency communications, applicable plans, procedures & policies in the event of an Oil Spill

Conduct training ▫Proactive NIMS ICS Planning Cycle Process ▫NWACP ▫Phillips 66 WA ICP  Includes Idaho State Assets Exercise Phillips 66 Tier 1 and 2 teams Initiate exercise with 201 briefing Transition from Initial Response to Unified Command: ▫Phillips 66 ▫US EPA Region 10 ▫ID State ▫Local Exercise Objectives

Lessons Learned What Went Well Impressive participation (Federal, State & Local agencies, Tribe and Phillips 66) Evaluators received valuable feedback and involvement from players Players exhibited a high sense of purpose and professionalism during the exercise LNO and JIC came together really well and provided great service for VIP visit
