USD$ 277, months – Sep, 2014 CO 2 Capture from Coal Combustion Laboratorial Infrastructure, Synthesis and Tests of New Sorbents. Carbon capture laboratory at SATC able to synthesize sorbents, perform analytical tests and install lab/pilot scale facilities; Sorbent development for CO 2 capture: zeolites and enriched amine by coal fly ash; Experimental tests for carbon capture using the new synthesized sorbents in packed bed reactor; Detailed design of a bench scale/lab unit for carbon capture using a moving bed Temperature Swing Adsorption (TSA) process. USD$ 1,800, YEARS Develop CCS-R&D projects applied to coal involving mainly low cost processes.
