History Gratiot Area Chamber of Commerce - Industry Roundtable in 2007 Roundtable added companies from Isabella County –Needed to take regional approach October 19, 2010 – CMMA kick-off –Lots of Interest Six plant Visits –Morbark, Aircraft, CME, Barry Controls, Garr Tool, MPATC

History Golf Outing – July, 2011 September, Barry Controls –Adopted By-laws –Elected B of D October, 2011 – 1 st B of D meeting February 2012 –Adopted budget –Established Dues –Membership application process –Received first membership application & Dues Thanks Garr Tool

Arc Flash 25 employees trained and certified –13 from CME / MBT / CMEA –12 from 5 area companies Cost for sending 25 employees to Detroit for training - $20,125 Total cost for CME on-site training - $5000 Total savings from On-site Training (Collaborative Effort) - $14,530
