The Reality… Set H&S Policy and develop procedures to help Home Group understand and meet its legal responsibilities to protect staff, customers and clients Monitor H&S Performance across the business Provide a source of competent H&S advice and support Work with all parts of the business to identify and manage risks Enable the business – The answer is ‘Yes’…now lets work out how… Good Health and Safety is Good Business

Property Health and Safety File Currently developing a standardised Property H&S File to help schemes demonstrate compliance with H&S requirements File includes sections for a range of different H&S aspects relating to the management of a building, and incorporates guidance for operational colleagues to help them compile the required information.
