3 Hispasat Group The company HISPASAT was established in 1989 in Spain 20 years of experience operating satellites, offering high reliable communications and resilient services Global Satellite Operator ₋8 th world satellite operator by revenue ₋4 th satellite operator by revenue in Latin America ₋Leader in Spanish and Portuguese speaking markets for satellite services. ₋Reinforcing its fleet with new satellites and expanding the range of products and services offered to its customers. ₋Main communication link between Europe and America, with footprint and quality services on both sides of the Atlantic.

4 Hispasat Group Structure Hispasat Group is organized in different Societies according to the company geographic sales areas. The group has strong presence in Iberia and Latin America Hispasat also holds a participation in the Spanish governmental project Hisdesat and is member of the Galileo Sistemas y Servicios (GSS) Spanish project to contribute to the European Galileo program.

23 Broadband Services Social Projects In America, HISPASAT contributes to social projects that support e-learning and telemedicine projects in countries such as Chile, Peru, Brazil or Argentina. It also provides high speed Internet access to remote locations in more than ten countries on the American continent, for which the satellite is the only manner of connecting with the Information Society. In the educational arena, HISPASAT has developed educational projects in ten Latin American countries, among which the following stand out: Schools of Chile Project, for the connection to Internet of more than 500 schools and remote locations throughout the country. School of Perú (QUERO) Project, to provide Internet service via satellite to rural schools. PGMU Project in BRAZIL, to service 500 communities of less than 100 inhabitants in northeast Brazil. TESAM Project, in the Republic of Argentina to provide Internet data services and telephony to remote areas of the Argentine Antarctic.

24 Broadband Services Social Projects E-Learning project, with the Brazilian government to foment the level of education in the country´s interior, where there is a lack of teachers or whose distance from educational centers is too great. E-Learning project (CURSO PRIMA), via our AMAZONAS satellite more than 15 channels/courses on different subjects throughout the entire geographic area of Brazil.
